Leaving is a supported feature, not a support ticket. The export is complete, readable without Audecius, and available at every billing state.

Closing an organisation

Export is forced first. We won’t let anyone close before the archive is downloaded.

Active students block closure. Nobody is stranded mid-exchange — transfer or complete them first.

People keep their accounts. Alumni, certificates and personal history survive the organisation.

Deletion is scheduled, not instant. 30 days to change your mind; legally required records retained per policy.

Data residency 8.11

The sample organisation's record says EU · Frankfurt. Changing it moves every record in the organisation, so it is scheduled by Audecius rather than toggled here — the console deliberately will not set the flag without the migration behind it. Sub-processors and the DPA are listed publicly, versioned, and you are told 30 days before any change.
